10 Downing Street the most happening club house in Hyderbad hosted the finals of "Airtel Karoake Superstar Contest", and in style. The evening turned out to be very exciting as the top 12 finalists showcased their vocal talents and won the hearts and cheers of every one in the house.
The place filled in very early in the evening to cheer Indian team playing in our very own town at the Uppal Stadium. Although the match turned sour in the end, KJ Anand stepped in to cheer up the crown as he kick started to the Karaoke finals which would go in as the best party for most of the visitors.
The event was very well organized by Anand in the handsomely decorated 10D. Enthusiastic participants and the awesome crowd who stood on their feet for over two hours to cheer their favorite's performers lit up the eventful night.
In a competition which looked like 'war of the best talent'. The electrifying Santosh Cherien was a deserving winner followed by the energetic Gautham Rao. In the women's category, Gulzar the sweetest chic around won the trip to goa, and Rebecca ended out as a runner up.
All the girls in the club went gaga when Anuj, (Maghadheera Fame) stepped into the club and sang couple of songs on the request of the house. 10D famous for their karaoke nights and the platform they created for emerging Hyderabadi youngsters is worth a mention. |
